Mangsu, our beloved Chef who is the heart of The Ark, has been with us for over 10 years. Our “Balinese mom”, she is passionate about cooking for everyone with love, and her meals always remind people of home.

Mangsu’s favorite spot at The Ark is the pool, and she loves visiting Kebun Raya Bedugul for its serene beauty. Her nurturing spirit and delicious food make her an irreplaceable part of The Ark family.

Made has been with The Ark for 3 years as a valued team member in our kitchen. With extensive experience in retreat centers, Made brings energy and hard work to our kitchen team. Her favorite spot at The Ark is the Shala, and she loves spending time in Ubud.

Sumi has been an integral part of The Ark for over a year, transitioning from a freelance role to a valued full-time member of our housekeeping team. Meet Thea, our delightful Operations Manager who has been a part of The Ark for the last 2 years. Thea is a wonderful manager and is quick to learn and always ready to assist our guests with a warm smile that brightens everyone's day!

Thea enjoys exploring different areas of Bali and her favorite places to visit are Seminyak and Canggu. Her favorite spot at The Ark is relaxing by the bonfire.

Westri is a cheerful and welcoming person who truly enjoys meeting new people and creating meaningful connections. Welcoming our guests is something she genuinely loves! She is always happy and ready to assist our guests with an open heart, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and at home from the moment they arrive.

Yogi our Intern is a dedicated member of our housekeeping team at The Ark. With his calm presence and strong sense of responsibility, he helps maintain the cleanliness, beauty, and harmony of our space.
