Mangsu has worked at The Ark for 9+years and trained with one of the best Vegan Raw Food Chefs in world. That, combined with her talent for traditional Balinese cooking, provides the ultimate dining experience for our guests and retreat groups. Mangsu loves the energy of The Ark and its relaxing atmosphere. During her downtime she enjoys Balinese dancing, making offerings and gardening.

Eka also supports Mangsu and for 2+ years brings a unique talent to The Ark dining experience. His love for fruit carving and vegan cuisine provides an artisan element to our meals and personalized touch for our guests. Eka’s favorite thing about Bali is the beach, especially Virgin Beach in Karangasem

Ayu takes pride in keeping The Ark in pristine condition. She’s been ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay for 3+ years. Ayu enjoys shopping, singing, cooking and happy guests. Her smile will light up any room!

Gokong has also been providing outstanding service to our guests for 3+ years. He enjoys keeping this beautiful and relaxing space in sparkling condition. During his downtime you’ll find him playing badminton on his favorite Bali beaches, Sanur and Kuta. Gokong is a master at making Flower Mandalas, the best in Bali!

Mrs. Teblin has been making offerings for The Ark since its inception. The Teblin’s own the land where The Ark was built so she has seen the development and community grow tremendously over the years. She enjoys creating offerings to bless the space. Mrs. Teblin is always happy to help support our team, and along with her family, care for the property.
