ABOUT THE RETREAT

Yes, and it's one of the things guests love most. Most women who come to The Reason Retreat arrive alone. By day two, it rarely feels that way.

Not at all. Our morning yoga classes are gentle and open to all levels. If you've never done yoga in your life, you'll be fine.

Our menu is fully vegetarian and made with locally sourced ingredients. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, let us know on your inquiry form and we'll take care of it.

We have a maximum of 8 rooms. That's it. This is intentional. It means the team knows your name, your preferences, and how you take your coffee.

A $500 USD non-refundable deposit secures your room. Full balance is due 30 days before your retreat starts. If you prefer to pay in full upfront, you'll save $300 per person with Early Bird pricing.

All bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All payments, including the $500 deposit, are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest over 18 years old, up to 30 days before the retreat. This must be done in writing.

In the rare event we cancel (for example due to natural disaster or circumstances outside our control), all payments will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights or visas.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Entry requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with your local consulate. Note that Indonesia requires a minimum of 6 months passport validity beyond your arrival date.

Yes. All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering international medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation. We strongly recommend CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted before arrival.

Our transfer picks you up from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) on the first day of your retreat and drops you back on the final day. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we can help arrange additional transport.

Yes. There are a few free afternoons built into the week. These are yours. Rest by the pool, explore Ubud on your own, or ask the team to help you arrange something specific.
